Return Policy:

A refund will be considered only if the return request is made within 7 days of placing an orderand only If the product is duplicate,damaged or the quantity varies.

The return will be processed only if:

1) It is determined by us that the product was not damaged while in your possession

2) The product is not different from what was shipped to you

3) The product is returned to us in its original condition

 

In case of recieving of damaged/defective items please report the same to our Customer Care team. The request will be entertained only once we have checked and determined the same at our own end. This should be reported within 7 days of delivery of the products to you. 

In case you feel that the product received is not same as it is shown on the website or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer care team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

 

 

To request a refund, simply e-mail us on imerbela.care@gmail.com   with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Kindly include your order number (sent to you by email/message after ordering) and tell us why you’re requesting a refund. Refunds are being processed after customer care team validate and analyze the issue, but it will only show in your bank account only when the product comes back to our warehouse. Once the refund is processed we will intimate you through e-mail and text message with the refund transaction details.

To complete your return/refund, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase from you.

The refund will only be only possible if the product is unused, undamaged, and is with the original packaging and with the receipt and the invoice. Only when the product will reach our warehouse we will refund you your amount as decided.



NOTE :  For a refund, the name of the customer must be the same as registered(
imerbela.com) account name and bank account name, Customer must send a cheque photo or passbook photo for a refund with Aadhaar Card or PAN card.
