Shipping Policy – Imerbela Organic

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS to monitor your package in real time.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through our trusted courier partners (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, etc.).

  • International shipping is not available at the moment but will be added soon.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
    (Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.)

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • A nominal fee of ₹49–₹79 may apply for orders below ₹499 or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, depending on your location.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes across India.

  • Please ensure accurate address and contact details for smooth delivery.

  • In case of repeated COD rejections, future COD orders may be restricted.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking details.

  • You can also track your order status anytime under the “Track Order” section on our website.

7. Order Delays

We always strive for on-time delivery, but sometimes delays may occur due to:

  • Courier network issues

  • Public holidays or natural calamities

  • Incorrect shipping address provided

If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Please take unboxing photos/videos and contact our support within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
